The competition aims to support sports rehabilitation of veterans and strengthen international veteran contacts.
There will be 3 distances: 16 km, 40 km, 60 km
YOMP (Your Own March Pace) – is a long-distance veteran’s march, which participants complete at their own pace. The event is aimed at developing endurance, overcoming challenges, building friendships and supporting the rehabilitation process. This event reflects our main motto: “Together we fight. Together we rehabilitate.”
The Competition is organised by the charitable organisation ‘Charitable Foundation “YANKO”.

The organizer forms an organizing committee from among its staff members, as well as with the involvement of specialized experts in various types of sports.
The Organizing Committee consists of:

Participants shall be admitted to the Competition upon presentation of the documents provided upon receipt of the starter’s package:
- printed and signed starter sheet (the starter sheet is available in your personal account or in your mailbox after successful payment);
- identification document confirming the participant’s age (required for all participants);
For participants aged 15 years (for the 16 km distance) inclusive, it is additionally required to have the consent of parents (legal representatives) for the participation of a juvenile in the 16 km marching race. All registered participants are responsible for their own life and health during the competition and sign the relevant application.

In case of absence of an identity document, the starting number and the participant’s package will not be issued.
TO THE ATTENTION OF ALL PARTICIPANTS OF THE COMPETITION!
In case of an Air Alert, the Competition is suspended (the start schedule may be changed). The continuation of the Competition will be announced after the Air Alert is canceled (but in any case only during daylight hours).
In case of a notification from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the region of the Competition on the eve of the Competition or on the day of the Competition with a warning about a possible significant weather worsening or a threat to human life and health due to severe weather events (including but not exclusively: earthquake, flood, hurricane, hail, cyclone, storm, lightning, other natural disasters), the Competition Organizer reserves the right to take measures at its own discretion to ensure the safety of participants, spectators, fans and everyone who takes part in the Competition directly or indirectly.
The Organizing Committee of the Competition has developed an internal safety scale, according to which, in the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the Organizing Committee will act in accordance with the agreed plan and require all participants to strictly comply with its requirements, namely:
1 level of danger – wind with a force of 7-9 meters per second – dismantling of inflatable arches, lightweight structures (including mileage indicators), lightweight tents, promotional and photo zones.
2 level of danger – wind with a force of 9.5-10 meters per second – dismantling of all tents, photo zones, as well as dismantling of the crossbar of the starting and finishing arch.
The project manager will ask to remove anything that could be dangerous. There is a high probability of canceling children’s races.
The decision to conduct or cancel them will be made immediately before the start of the children’s races based on the actual weather conditions at that time.
3 level of danger – wind of 11 meters per second or more – a collegial decision will be made to conduct or cancel the Competition.
The members of the board to make this decision: Project manager Vadym Svyrydenko, representative of the State Emergency Service in the region, Chief Judge of the Competition.
In the event of an Air Alert, the Competition shall be suspended. The continuation of the Competition will be announced after the Air Alert is canceled (but in any case only during daylight hours).
Taking into account that the Competition takes place during the period of martial law throughout Ukraine, in case of announcement of the “Air Alert in Ivano-Frankivsk region” signal, the Event will be suspended, the Event program and the start schedule will be changed, and all participants are obliged to strictly comply with the requirements of the Organizing Committee representatives, participants are obliged to leave the territory of the Event and go to the shelters marked with the appropriate markings on the route map. After the “Air Alert in Ivano-Frankivsk Region” signal is canceled, representatives of the Organizing Committee will decide on the possibility of continuing the Event on the spot. The decision of the Organizing Committee and the updated Program of the Event will be announced to the participants within 10 minutes from the moment of cancellation of the “Air Alert in Ivano-Frankivsk region” signal..

In this case, the Event will be suspended, the Event program and start schedule will be changed, and all participants are obliged to strictly comply with the requirements of the Organizing Committee representatives. After the “Air Alert in Ivano-Frankivsk Region” signal is canceled, representatives of the Organizing Committee will decide on the possibility of continuing the event on the spot..
The decision of the Organizing Committee and the updated Program of the Event will be announced to the participants within 30 minutes from the moment the “Air Alert in Ivano-Frankivsk Region” signal is canceled..
At the same time, the Contractor’s Services shall not be considered as not provided, provided with poor quality or untimely, and no penalties shall be imposed on the Contractor due to the above mentioned circumstances, and the Contractor shall not be responsible for the termination/cancellation/postponement of the Event.”

Participants are admitted to the Competition upon proper and timely registration for the Competition.
Registration is possible only on-line on the website of the Competition organizer: https://yomp.mysport.org.ua/ .
Electronic registration of participants is open from 23.05.2025 to 21.08.2025 (upon availability of free slots).
The Organizer of the Competition has the right to suspend or completely close the registration without warning if the limit of participants is reached.
A participant is considered registered if he or she has submitted an application and paid the entry fee.
The registration fee paid by the Competition participant is non-refundable under any circumstances, including, but not exclusively: if the participant is unable to take part in the Competition, complete the chosen distance, does not meet the established time limit, as well as if the participant is disqualified or the Competition is canceled due to unforeseen consequences or force majeure, etc.
The registration of a participant is canceled if inaccurate and/or false information is provided during the registration. In case of registration cancellation, no refunds will be made.
Paid registration cannot be canceled. Entry fee is non-refundable.
The owner of the starter pack will receive an SMS code from the organizer to confirm the issuance of the pack to another person. If the code matches, the applicant receives the Starter Pack and is obliged to personally hand it over to the Owner.
The cost of the starter’s package for all distances is 700 UAH, excluding the money transfer fee.
The total limit of participants – 150 people.
Participants of the Competition shall pay the entry fee by electronic payment on the organizer’s website.
Registration discounts.
Free registration is provided for all types of distances for combatants.
No charitable donation will be deducted from the discounted registration.
The participant must submit an individual application by writing an email to [email protected], indicating “Special category” in the subject line.
When submitting an application, you must attach the following documents: a copy of your passport, combatant certificate.
If during the registration of the participants of the Competition it becomes clear that the participant does not correspond to the special category declared by him/her, the registration shall be canceled without any compensation from the Organizer of the Competition.

The starter packs for CORPORATE PARTICIPANTS will be issued by prior registration according to the information from the corporate manager of the company “YANKO”.
The “starter package” includes:
- participant’s starting number;
- finisher’s medal (the medal is awarded if the entire distance is covered within the time limit);
- route map;
- locker rooms and luggage storage;
- hydration points: on the route and at the finish line;
- for participants on the 60 km distance, headlamps and hydration stations are included: on the route and at the finish line.
Participants of the Competition shall receive starter packs in person upon presentation of the starter’s sheet and an identity document.
The Participant who was unable to take part in the Competition may receive the starter pack within 30 calendar days after the Competition at the office of the Competition organizer by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by requesting to send the starter pack to the specified address.
The starter packs are delivered at the customer’s expense. If possible, the organizer engages partners to provide free delivery.
There are several options for companies to participate:
- a corporate team is formed from 5 participants (for any distance);
- the cost and terms of registration of corporate participants are specified in the commercial offer (sent by the personal corporate communications manager).
